Problem Statement:

Daily reports sent to external investors required meticulous manual validation to ensure accuracy, placing a significant time burden on the business user and increasing the risk of human error.

Solution:

We built an automated validation workflow that allowed the team to easily approve or reject report data. Rejected reports were routed to the technical team for investigation and reprocessing, streamlining cross-department collaboration and saving the business user over 30 hours each month.
